Infraction Appeal decision of three rulings accepted by parties
Judgement Fined $2,500, suspended from all licensed roles on any racetrack in Alberta. He may attend grandstands as a spectator. Fine to be paid in installments. Training and Farrier/Plater duties may be performed off-track and may ship horsesto/from any location other than Alberta racetracks. Eligible for licensing in 2027 with negative sample per usual testing methods set out in Rule 300.

Infraction Positive sample test for illicit drug
Judgement Fined $350, suspended for 30 days. must provide negative test every day he attends a racetrack for the purposes of carrying out licenced activity. Further positive Drager tests will result in additional penalties/suspensions. Mr. Bodor may continue in his capacity as an owner (financial only) during suspension. All horses trained by Brent Bodor will be denied entry pending transfer to a trainer satisfactory to the Board of Judges.
